Super clingy baby!? - super diaper baby

My son is 5 months and has always been a toy for babies super tight. He wants to take the whole time. I'm having trouble performing these tasks around the house becauseof it. Some I can, the baby in the car before the other two, placed like cooking and cleaning in the bathroom, I can not.
Anyone have any suggestions? Ive done most of my cleaning in the night, after he goes to bed, but I like to sleep a little longer.
I feel very bad if I go to bed, or put it in his swing.
My daughter was happy, it was not fixed at all times that feed and had a clean diaper on
