Dog flea bites on human? - flea bites on dogs

my neighbor has 3 dogs. I do not think they are good for outdoor use are supported by zero, because the whole time, and most think outside of the house. My mother began to have itching all over your feet and ankles. I suspect your dog has fleas. anyone have any home remedies for flea bites on humans? something? try to spray in our house, but it helps the neighbors if they are still nothing.
